Speakers Policy: Panels containing government officials and other special guests are not open to the media and may not be recorded.
AI Notetaking Tools Policy: During NAHMA meetings, the use of AI notetaking tools of any type is not permitted. This policy is intended to protect sensitive information, maintain the integrity of records, and foster a secure communication environment. By adhering to this policy, meeting attendees can participate within a culture of trust and reliability, where the privacy and accuracy of discussions are preserved. Cancellation Policy: NAHMA will charge a $150 administrative fee for registration cancellations received less than 10 business days but more than 3 days before the start date of the NAHMA meeting (unless the cancellation is for standard force majeure reasons). No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 3 days before the meeting (except for force majeure reasons). In the case of force majeure, updates will be posted on the NAHMA Meetings webpage and in emails to attendees.
