2026 Communities of Quality® (COQ®) National Recognition Program Annual Renewal

This annual renewal is for properties that have been awarded NAHMA’s Communities of Quality® (COQ®) National Recognition. Don’t forget to submit the annual COQ renewal application as well, which is available for downloading here. Through the Communities of Quality® (COQ) National Recognition program, multifamily properties can be certified as having achieved a high standard of excellence in how they are managed, the services they provide residents, the experience and training of personnel, and other criteria.
