NAHMA-Supported 2025 Pearl Meyer Compensation Survey Report Available
The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) and Pearl Meyer announce the release of the 2025 NAHMA Affordable Housing Compensation Survey report. The report provides affordable housing companies with current information on key organization metrics and compensation program structure/design characteristics. The survey report features extensive salary data on over 100 positions from 84 affordable housing real estate companies. The full report can be purchased by visiting the NAHMA page on the Pearl Meyer website. The sample report, which is free to all NAHMA-AHMA members, provides the overall average base salary and total compensation for each role presented in the survey.
