The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) Emerging Leaders Learning Series (NELLS) is a fully virtual program that combines small-group learning with one-on-one coaching and is designed exclusively for affordable housing property management professionals. NELLSManager focuses on topics relevant to front-line professionals, including property managers, leasing managers, maintenance managers and compliance specialists. The original NELLSExecutive program will continue to focus on topics relevant to senior organizational leaders, typically at the director, regional and officer levels and above. Participants who successfully complete a NELLS course earn five continuing education units (CEUs) toward the six CEUs required annually to maintain the National Affordable Housing Professional (NAHP) or National Affordable Housing Professional-Executive (NAHP-e) credential.
Registration is now open for the 2027 NELLSManager program. Registration for the 2027 NELLSExecutive program will open in April 2027.

- Orientation/Session I: Thursday, Feb. 4, 2027, 2-4 p.m. EST
- Session II: Thursday, Feb. 25, 2027, 2-3:30 p.m. EST
- Session III: Thursday, March 18, 2027, 2-3:30 p.m. EST
Program fee: $1,250
Registration and payment deadline: Friday, Jan. 8, 2027
Cancellation deadline: Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2027. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.
