The NAHMA Emerging Leaders Learning Series (NELLS) is a fully virtual program that combines small group learning with one-to-one coaching, designed exclusively for Affordable Housing Property Management professionals. The NELLSExecutive program focuses on topics relevant to senior organizational leaders, typically at the Director, Regional, Officer level and above, whereas NELLSManager focuses specifically on topics relevant to frontline professionals, including Property Managers, Leasing Managers, Maintenance Managers and Compliance Specialists. Successfully completing a NAHMA Emerging Leaders Learning Series (NELLS) course will earn an individual five CEUs toward their annual six required CEUs to maintain their NAHP or NAHP-e credentials. Orientation/Session I: Thursday, August 6, 2026, 2:00 – 4:00PM EDT
Session II: Thursday, August 27, 2026, 2:00 – 3:30PM EDT
Session III: Thursday, September 17, 2026 2:00 – 3:30PM EDT
Program Fee: $1,250
Deadline for registration and payment: July 13, 2026
Deadline for cancellation/withdrawal: August 5, 2026 (Cancellation policy: no refunds are available for cancellations received after Aug. 5, 2026.)
