Paulette Washington serves as Manager of Administrative Services and has been a valued member of NAHMA for over 11 years. Often the first voice people hear when contacting the organization, she plays a central role in daily operations and provides administrative support across all departments.

Paulette serves as the association’s Community of Quality Coordinator and manages registration for the annual meeting, helping ensure key programs and events run smoothly. With prior experience at several housing associations, she brings strong industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the affordable housing field to her work.

She especially enjoys the variety her role offers and takes pride in contributing to the behind-the-scenes efforts that keep the association operating efficiently.

Outside of work, Paulette enjoys volunteering and traveling with her church community and loves spending time with her grandchildren, especially on movie nights together. Her current favorite motto, “Just start somewhere,” reflects her practical and positive approach to both work and life.
