Michael Martinez is a Senior Project Manager at Yardi Systems. Based out of Worcester, Massachusetts, He plays a key role in leading the nation’s largest affordable housing file review and approval team. Before this, Michael was a Senior Property Manager, where he managed a diverse portfolio of residential apartments and condominium units, contributing significantly to the senior leadership team in the field.

Throughout his career in property management, Michael has earned multiple industry designations, including Fair Housing Coordinator (FHC), Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), National Affordable Housing Professional (NAHP), and Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM). In 2018, he was recognized as NEAHMA’s Property Management Professional of the Year.

Michael currently serves as a NAHMA-approved credential course instructor for the National Affordable Housing Management Association. He is committed to educating the next generation of housing professionals on the importance of equality through fair housing and strives to mentor new housing professionals while showcasing growth opportunities within our industry.
