As NAHMA’s Senior Manager of Education and Credentialing Programs, Leslie oversees NAHMA’s national education initiatives and credentialing portfolio. She leads the Education Department, ensuring NAHMA’s certifications, course materials, and continuing education programs meet the highest professional standards.

Leslie manages executive and mid‑level credentials, directs annual renewals, and partners with AHMAs nationwide to deliver consistent, high‑quality continuing education. She also develops and executes NAHMA’s SHCM webinars, maintains certification content and exams, and guides all student exam communications. Leslie serves as the primary liaison with NAHMA’s testing vendor Prometric, oversees the certification application process, and coordinates with trainers to support effective course delivery.

Her leadership strengthens NAHMA’s mission to advance professionalism across the affordable housing management industry.
