Beginning his career in 1986 in maintenance, Joe worked his way up to Director of one of the largest property management companies in the nation. Over the course of 40 years, he has developed a “desire to inspire” by sharing his extensive experience with owners, developers, and organizations. With a degree in Psychology, Joe brings a real-world perspective to the industry. His expertise spans LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development, HOME, and other property types, grounded in both his professional successes and the lessons learned along the way.
