Jennifer Jones is an accomplished communications leader with more than two decades of experience driving strategic messaging, editorial direction, and brand visibility for associations and media organizations. As Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations for NAHMA, she oversees all organizational communications, including print and digital publications, press outreach, public relations strategy, and marketing initiatives. She serves as editor for multiple national publications, manages PR campaigns, and coordinates with external designers and advertising partners.

Previously, Jennifer served as Communications Manager and Editor for the Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Associations Institute, where she led editorial strategy for the award-winning Quorum magazine, guided committee initiatives, expanded media relationships, and strengthened member engagement through social media and digital content. She began her career as a journalist and editor, earning 16 regional press awards for reporting, writing, and design.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in journalism from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
