Brenda Moser is Vice President of Membership Services with over 20 years of dedicated experience supporting members and strengthening engagement across the organization. She leads efforts to recruit, welcome, and support new members, ensuring they have the connections, resources, and guidance needed to thrive.
Brenda serves as the primary staff liaison to 16 independent AHMA organizations nationwide, as well as the NAHMA Educational Foundation, a 501(c)(6) organization that raises funds and provides scholarships to children and adults living in affordable housing communities owned or managed by members. She also oversees all training and educational initiatives and plays a key role in planning two national conferences each year.
Known for her collaborative spirit, Brenda excels at building meaningful relationships and fostering a strong sense of community within the organization. She is especially motivated by the opportunity to contribute to positive impact and meaningful change within the affordable housing sector.
Outside of work, Brenda enjoys spending time on the beach with a good book, hiking, exploring Florida’s state parks, and cheering on her favorite Washington, D.C.–based sports teams. She is also the proud mother of two grown sons.
