Congress on brief recess ahead of looming budget battles
Lawmakers are scheduled to return to Washington next week following the Fourth of July Recess. We expect the busy July congressional schedule to cover Fiscal Year 2018 funding levels and spending caps, as well as the ongoing nominations and confirmations process and a potential for tax reform.
