Planning to attend is a two-step process:
1. Meeting Registration
Register for the NAHMA Meeting using the form below. Please select your appropriate membership category, select “Add to cart” and proceed through the “check out” process.
Register on or before October 4, 2019 to receive the early bird discount;
All rates increase by $50 after this date.
Please note that we will not be able to have your meeting registration bag, name badge, or luncheon ticket available for you on-site unless you register for the meeting in advance.
2. Reserve Your Hotel Room
NAHMA room block rate: Single/Double $330 available on a first come, first served basis. Room block expires October 4th or earlier (when all rooms in the block are filled).
Please note Deluxe rooms, Fairmont Signature, Gold and Suite rates will be higher.
*Note: 1 Vanguard luncheon ticket is included with your registration. If you need additional tickets or have special dietary requests please contact Brenda Moser for assistance at Brenda.Moser@nahma.org.
Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy:
Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellations on or before September 27, 2019 will receive a full refund. Cancellations between September 28 – October 11, 2019, will receive a refund less the $75 administrative fee. Cancellations after October 12, 2019 will receive no refund.
*Policy is waived if cancellation is due to “force majeure” reasons.
