AHMA-7
Founded in 1991,
the Affordable Housing Management Association, VII (AHMA/7)
is a non- profit organization representing owners, managers
and developers of affordable, multi-family housing projects
in Kansas and Missouri. AHMA-7 provides educational programs
on housing management, national regulatory and legislative
issues, and a forum for communication between members.
AHMA-7 is part
of a sister organization of AHMAs throughout the country as
well as the National Affordable Management Association in
Washington DC. The U.S. Department of Housing and The Urban
Development encourage participation in AHMA/7. AHMA/7 Annual
Dues are a HUD-approved operating expense.
