Important Notes to Students:
NAHMA's commitment is to grade and mail exam results to students within two weeks (14 business days) of our receipt of the exams here in the office. Thus the expected mailing date for results can be estimated based on the date the exams were received at NAHMA, rather than the date the course was held.

If the information above indicates your exam results have been mailed, and you have not received them within three to four days after the mail date via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), please contact NAHMA Education & Training Manager Brenda Moser, at brenda.moser@nahma.org, and Brenda will resend your results.

A primary reason the USPS is delayed in delivering exam results to students is due to incomplete mailing addresses, such as a missing apartment number, suite number or zip code. When taking NAHMA exams, please "bubble in" your contact information as carefully and completely as possible. If there is not enough room on the exam bubble sheet for your contact information, please bubble in what fits, and then please write your full contact information clearly and legibly in the margin above the bubble-in area.

Under federal privacy law, NAHMA may only provide exam pass/fail information directly to the student who took the exam; we may not provide a person's exam results to any other individuals, including employers.
